MDC Presents 51 New Jobs to Council - At the April 13th meeting of the Midland City Council; the Midland Development Corporation (MDC) Board of Directors presented an economic development agreement for $250,000 to Apache Corporation as an incentive for 51 new jobs in Midland at annual payroll in excess of $5 million.
