Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreements

Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code authorizes municipalities to offer incentives designed to promote economic development such as commercial and retail projects. Eligible projects must be located within the city limits of Midland, Texas, and all applications are subject to final approval by the Midland City Council.
