During 2010, Midland Development Corporation, with its board of directors, staff and many other partners, worked to
strengthen Midland’s position as the premier business center of West Texas. We worked collaboratively to aggressively pursue
business opportunities that would maximize the return on local tax dollars invested in growth of our community.
