West Texas Corridor Request for Proposals
The Midland Development Corporation (“MDC”), in partnership with El Paso County and regional stakeholders, is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms, planning teams, or multidisciplinary master consultants to provide professional consulting services for the development of the West Texas Aerospace Corridor Master Plan. For the purposes of this REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, West Texas is defined as the area of Texas between El Paso and Midland, including both cities.
