A Letter from Our Chairman: COVID-19 Response

Our city, our nation, and our world are currently experiencing unprecedented circumstances. A global pandemic endangers our health, and economic conditions threaten our livelihoods. The Midland Development Corporation exists to strengthen and diversify Midland’s economy, and our mission is more critical than ever. Our hearts are with our city.

The MDC remains committed to our investments to expand the quality and availability of healthcare in Midland, and the MDC board and staff, in collaboration with the City Council, are considering the best paths forward to aid our city as events unfold.

Beginning today, we are collecting data about how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting Midland businesses through an online survey. Please take a few moments to fill out the survey on behalf of your business. The data will enable us to act strategically.

The MDC board is made up of volunteers dedicated to serving our city. We stand with our community at this time of crisis. We are all Midlanders, pulling together. We look forward to hearing from you as we stand strong.
