The curriculum at Midland College is specifically designed to meet the current and future needs of the Permian Basin's thriving industries and to provide students with college credit and the opportunity to enjoy rewarding careers in high-growth, high-wage professions.

In developing the requirements for this program, Midland College and MDC have focused on continuing our commitment to career and technology education with flexibility and affordability which will allow students to succeed. The new and expanded programs have appealed to students, especially to those who have a strong commitment to Midland and want to remain in the Permian Basin after graduation. To provide the needed programming, the MDC has provided Midland College with a five-year commitment of $1.35 million.
