This innovative company is building the first-ever cellular broadband network broadcast from space, called SpaceMobile, which will be accessible by standard smartphones. With this technology, they aim to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by billions of mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the unconnected. The Midland facility is integral to the production of SpaceMobile, where patented low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites are being designed and manufactured.
